We are recruiting for a Finance and Admin Manager to join our motivated and successful team. The person joining us will lead the work to deliver effective financial management, and as part of the Senior Management Team, will play a part in the wider delivery of activity in support of ‘Our Purpose’:
We are the not-for-profit, governing body of our national sport in Wiltshire. We grow participation, promote diversity and regulate the sport for everyone to enjoy. Wiltshire FA is proud to support ‘Football For All’.
We are based at a purpose-built football ‘hub’ facility in Devizes. And, we have advanced plans to operate a second site in Swindon (hopefully by the end of 2026) and are actively looking for a location suitable for a further football-led facility in the south of the county.
The successful candidate will report to the Chief Executive Officer, Simon Russell.
Job Purpose
The focus of the role is on supporting effective financial operations. This element represents 0.6 FTE, and we might recruit someone solely on this basis. However, subject to the skills and experience of candidates, we might appoint someone either on a 0.8 FTE or full-time basis, with additional administrative and management responsibilities.
