We are looking for individuals who have already taken the initiative to invest in their scouting career. Successful candidates will possess the following:

| Official Qualification | Completion of at least a Level 1 or equivalent introductory certification in Talent Identification or Football Analysis (e.g., from a recognized national association, PFSA, or other accredited provider). |
| Scouting Experience | Documented, practical experience in player evaluation and report writing. This can be freelance, voluntary, or with a non-professional setup. A small portfolio of work is a must. |
| Software Knowledge | Basic working proficiency in a professional data platform and/or video analysis tool. We seek candidates comfortable with technology to complement their eye for talent. |
| Commitment | Driven, organized, and ready to immediately commit to a structured professional development plan within our organization. |
This position is commission-based, offering significant earning potential directly tied to your performance and success in identifying talent that is successfully recruited or placed.
Payment Model: Generous commission percentages awarded on successful player placements and transactions resulting directly from your scouting and reporting efforts.

Your ability to use technology to gather and present your findings will be essential.
Data & Metrics: Basic familiarity with a professional data platform like Wyscout, InStat, or Transfermarkt is necessary to conduct initial player screening.
Analysis & Reporting: Competency in using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data organization and experience with a video editing/analysis tool (even basic ones like LongoMatch or the free features of professional platforms) for visual support in reports.
