Job Description:
The position of the Sessional Coach consists of delivering on our Play Like A Girl programme at any of the sessions listed above. This is not your typical type of football programme. Play Like A Girl prides itself on working with girls of any ability aged 5-14. We offer spaces for those who have never kicked a ball before, to those that play for teams and still want to enjoy the social benefits of sport. We have a bespoke syllabus that focuses on and has a real emphasis on developing life and social skills first.
The position will include delivery of practical sessions, alongside supporting players and our current workforce. This position is ideal for someone who wants to work in the foundation phase of play and make a positive contribution to the community. Girls United pride ourselves on being able to offer pathways across our different programmes. As previously mentioned. Play Like A Girl is a place where we get girls of all abilities and levels of experience attending. But we put a real emphasis and focus on individual player development in confidence and football.
