Dash Football Club — Football Coach (Edgware, Stanmore, Harrow)

At Dash Football Club, we’re passionate about developing confident, skilful, and well-rounded young players — both on and off the pitch.

Our sessions focus on fun, development, and a supportive environment where every child can thrive.

Our Coaching Focus

  • Player Development: Building strong technical foundations through engaging, game-based learning.
  • Confidence and Creativity: Encouraging players to express themselves and make brave decisions.
  • Teamwork and Positivity: Promoting respect, inclusion, and a love for the game.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and committed coaches to join our growing team and lead weekly sessions for children aged 4–12.

Weekend Coaching Location

Edgware: Watling Park School — Saturdays, 9:30am to 11:30am

Weekday Coaching Locations

Edgware: Watling Park School — Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 5:30pm to 7:00pm

Edgware: Krishna Avanti Primary School — Monday to Friday, 2:40pm to 4:15pm

Stanmore: Avanti House Primary School — Thursday and Friday, 2:30pm to 4:00pm

How to Join Our Team

  • Practical Assessment – Lead a session using a pre-planned coaching plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach football skills to children, fostering their development and enthusiasm for the sport.
  • Confidently communicate coaching points through clear explanations and demonstrations.
  • Deliver pre-planned, organised sessions.
  • Build positive relationships with the venue, parents, and children.
  • Respond effectively to situations, such as injuries.
  • Uphold the club’s rules, values, and standards.
  • Represent yourself as a role model both on and off the pitch.

What We’re Looking For

  • FA Level 1 Coaching Certificate
  • 1–3 years’ experience coaching children aged 4–12
  • Enhanced DBS Check (preferably recent)
  • Strong football skills and ability to demonstrate techniques
  • Passion for working with young players
  • Based reasonably close to Edgware, Stanmore, Harrow
