Part-Time Football Coach (Billericay)
Pay: £12.00–£20.00/hour
Schedule: Weekday evenings + school holiday camps
Location: In-person coaching at the Billericay School.

What You’ll Do
As one of our Football Fun Coaches, you’ll:
- Deliver high-energy, engaging sessions for children aged 4–12
- Lead fun, structured activities that promote learning and enjoyment
- Support school holiday Football Fun Camps with your creativity and energy
- Be a role model who inspires confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game
- Communicate clearly with children, parents, and fellow coaches
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous football or sports coaching experience
- Brings passion, positivity, and patience to every session
- Can connect with children of all abilities and help them thrive
- Holds (or is working towards) relevant coaching qualifications
- Is reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to be part of something special
The Football Fun Factory was created to provide incredible childhood football experiences for boys & girls of all ages and ability levels, eliminating barriers to opportunity. We use the nation’s passion for football as a vehicle for child development, delivering truly unique experiences that make memories that last a lifetime.
The Football Fun Factory has a proven business model that allows superstar Head Coaches to earn between £25-50,000 per year. The FFF franchise opportunity provides a fantastic work-life balance and our £25-50,000 yearly profit has been proven to be achievable within the first 12 months of operating.
We're on a mission to recruit the very best UK coaching talent to join our incredible team. For this reason, we keep the barriers to entry low for the right candidates. Our franchise fee is just £5,000, plus an ongoing service management service fee of 12% of your businesses revenue per month.
Our truly unique football experiences include three football inflatables. Our inflatable pitch, goal and dartboard are all incredibly popular with the children attending our courses, but it's the superstar coaches that bring our experiences to life.
