The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Football Coach to join our team at 14 Sports Coaching. Whether you’re just starting your coaching journey or have years of experience, we’re focused on finding the right person to help us develop young players and our company.

This is a Self Employed role, with more opportunities available in the near future. You'll lead Sunday morning sessions that are engaging and fun, for various age groups, helping players not just improve their football skills but also grow as individuals. This role is perfect for someone who is committed to their own development and the development of others.

To reiterate, this is a role for Sunday morning football coaching sessions only, therefore regular Sunday morning availability is a requirement for this role. There is room for development into more sessions in the future.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, safe, and fun football sessions.
• Develop young football players.
• Build positive relationships with players and parents.
• Help create a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• Sunday Morning Availability during term-time.
• Relevant coaching qualifications (or willingness to get them).
• Safeguarding and First Aid in Sport qualifications (or willingness to work towards them).
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to get one).
• Ability to travel to and around the Motspur Park, New Malden area
• A genuine passion for working with children.
