The Company
Our goal is massive… we are aiming to become the ‘World’s Leading Children’s Football Coaching Organisation’. The Football Fun Factory was founded in 2017 and has now grown into a nationwide football provider and is spreading across the UK and beyond.

The Role
The Football Fun Factory is the UK’s fastest-growing children’s football coaching franchise and most of our Head Coaches are franchisees, owning and operating their very own football coaching franchise.

This role is to support the local franchisee in the running of their football programmes. We have Lead Coach and Assistant Coach positions available with sessions in Brentwood, Noak Hill and Romford

The Person
You will be a superstar football coach with an ability to engage and inspire children. You will need to be an excellent face to face communicator and fantastic at building and developing relationships with both parents and children.

Qualifications
You will need a football coaching qualification, first aid certification and valid DBS check.

Hours
Hours will vary depending on your availability.

We have sessions that take place during the evening and weekends, as well as Camps in the school holidays and parties and events. Our hope is that the successful candidate will want to take on as many coaching hours as possible and to grow their schedule over time.

Location
Your place of work will vary, as you will deliver sessions across the local community in the evenings and weekends. We currently have sessions in the following locations:

Brentwood, Noak Hill and Romford

Other locations will be added in time.

Rates of Pay
The rate of pay for evening sessions, camps in the school holidays and parties/events will be agreed prior to the delivery of your sessions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
