Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating young athletes in the fundamentals of football. This role involves developing training programmes, leading practice sessions, and fostering a positive team environment that encourages growth and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective training programmes tailored to the skill levels of players.
• Educate athletes on the rules, strategies, and techniques of football.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, ensuring all players receive individual attention and feedback.
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
• Foster a positive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players.
• Collaborate with other coaching staff to plan game strategies and coordinate team activities.
• Organise and oversee matches, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
• Maintain open communication with players, parents, and school officials regarding player development and team performance.

Experience

• Previous experience as a football coach is essential.
• A strong understanding of football tactics, techniques, and training methodologies is required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• Experience in educating or mentoring youth in a sporting context is highly desirable.
• A relevant coaching qualification or certification would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
