Birmingham City Football Club is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Physiotherapist to join our Men’s First Team medical department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the delivery of elite physiotherapy services, supporting player health, recovery, and performance across all aspects of the football programme.
The successful candidate will lead on the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of injured players, ensuring world-class care throughout the return-to-play process. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the Club’s ongoing commitment to excellence in player performance and wellbeing.
The Role
The Rehabilitation Physiotherapist will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive rehabilitation programmes, guiding players from acute injury through to full return-to-play. You will work closely with the medical, performance, and coaching teams to optimise recovery timelines and ensure the highest standards of care.
This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
