Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Football Coach to join our coaching staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and develop young athletes. This role is essential in fostering teamwork, discipline, and a love for the game while assisting the head coach in all aspects of the football programme.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head coach in planning and conducting training sessions, ensuring they are engaging and effective for all skill levels.
- Provide individual coaching to players to enhance their skills, techniques, and understanding of the game.
- Help organise and manage team practices, games, and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and camaraderie among players.
- Collaborate with other coaching staff to develop strategies for game day preparation and execution.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during training sessions and matches.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in football, is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with young athletes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire players both on and off the field.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage training schedules, match preparations, and player development plans.

Our truly unique football experiences include three football inflatables. Our inflatable pitch, goal and dartboard are all incredibly popular with the children attending our courses, but it's the superstar coaches that bring our experiences to life.
