NOW HIRING: Football Coach for Beijing (January/Febuary 2026 Start)

Full-Time Football Coaching Opportunity in Beijing, China for UEFA C and B licence coaches

Flights Paid, £1,400–£1,800/month (after tax) + Bonuses.

Visa & Work Permit costs covered

The Role:

Work with enthusiastic young players aged 4–18 from both international and local backgrounds. Deliver structured, long-term development programmes using the English FA’s 4-Corner Model, supported by CPD, mentoring, and coach development opportunities.

You’ll coach across skills courses, competitive teams, school PE programmes, and coach education projects. No two days are the same!

What we’re Looking For:

UEFA C (or higher) OR a football-related university degree
Minimum 2–3 years coaching experience
Clean police check (ACRO or equivalent)
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready for a cultural adventure
Comfortable working with translator coaches and young players of all levels
UK coaching experience preferred – overseas experience welcome!

The Package:

£1400–£1800/month salary after tax + monthly bonuses
