Develop a wide range of content (programs, escaletas, audiovisual projects, etc.) tailored to German Baller League audiences and platforms.
Adapt tone, style, and complexity to connect with the next gen of fans while maintaining consistency with the Baller brand.
Proofread and edit both your own and colleagues’ work to guarantee grammatical accuracy, stylistic consistency, and overall quality.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports the competition’s strategy and project goals.
Work in partnership with the Broadcast team during preparation days, rehearsals, and live streams, ensuring a smooth and accurate workflow of broadcast assets.
Manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining a steady pipeline of high-quality content.
Monitor trends, memes, audience behaviors, and industry developments in Germany to keep content relevant and impactful.
Contribute original and creative ideas for new formats and innovative content proposals that appeal to the region.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Editor or in a similar role (agency or in-house), ideally within sports, esports, or digital entertainment.
Degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Media, or a related field.
Fluency in German and/or English (written and spoken)
Availability to work on weekends and evenings when required for events.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Flexibility to adapt within fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with initiative.
