Working Student Social Media - Baller League

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Content & Production team in preparing and organizing matchdays (logistics, coordination, talent briefings, equipment...)
• Assist in the production of video content: shooting, behind-the-scenes, interviews, stories, reels…
• Contribute to the editing content for social media and live broadcasting
• Collaborate with the Social Media team to deliver engaging, real-time content
• Monitor content performance (views, engagement) and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Bring creative ideas for new formats and digital activations
• Student in communication, audiovisual production, journalism, digital marketing, or a related field
• Initial experience in content creation (personal projects or internships)
• Proficiency with basic creative tools: Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects...
• Solid understanding of digital formats: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Organized, fast-paced, creative, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Fluent in German (main working language), with a good command of English
