Baller League US is seeking a highly motivated and organised Talent Manager to oversee the development and management of our talent portfolio. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, and operational execution to ensure our talent not only represents the brand to the highest standard but also contributes to the long-term success of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for talent, managing day-to-day communication and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, ensuring trust and alignment with Baller League’s values and expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for each individual to deliver on partnership and brand commitments.
  • Negotiate and manage contract terms, ensuring appearances and obligations are fulfilled.
  • Oversee schedules, travel, and logistics to maximise efficiency and talent availability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and operations) to deliver coordinated support.
  • Track appearances and provide regular reporting to senior management.

 

Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in talent management, agency representation, or a related role (sports, entertainment, or creative industries).
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing commercial agreements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Solid understanding of contracts, sponsorships, and the digital media landscape.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
