About the Role
Baller League US is seeking a highly motivated and organised Talent Manager to oversee the development and management of our talent portfolio. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, and operational execution to ensure our talent not only represents the brand to the highest standard but also contributes to the long-term success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for talent, managing day-to-day communication and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, ensuring trust and alignment with Baller League’s values and expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for each individual to deliver on partnership and brand commitments.
- Negotiate and manage contract terms, ensuring appearances and obligations are fulfilled.
- Oversee schedules, travel, and logistics to maximise efficiency and talent availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and operations) to deliver coordinated support.
- Track appearances and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in talent management, agency representation, or a related role (sports, entertainment, or creative industries).
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Solid understanding of contracts, sponsorships, and the digital media landscape.
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
