Are you passionate about sports and eager to make a difference in young lives? We're on the hunt for energetic and enthusiastic Sports Coaches to lead our lunch clubs, after-school programs, and curriculum sessions at primary schools across Solihull, Coventry and the surrounding areas.
What We're Looking For:
- Sports Enthusiasts: You've got experience as a multi-sport coach or player and a solid foundation in multiple sports disciplines. You live and breathe sports!
- Skillful Communicators: You know how to engage and connect with young people, parents, and staff, making every session fun, inclusive, and memorable.
- Inspirational Leaders: You’re excited about motivating young people, fostering their love for sports, and helping them develop new skills, regardless of their age or ability level.
- Flexible Team Players: You're adaptable, creative, and ready to tailor your coaching approach to meet the unique needs of diverse groups of kids.
- Qualified Professionals: You hold relevant coaching certifications in one or more sports, possess First Aid skills, and are prepared to obtain or already have an Enhanced DBS check.
- Mobile Mentors: A full driving licence and the ability to travel to various locations are essential for this role.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £11 per hour for 18 to 20 year olds, £12.50 per hour for 21 year olds+
