About the Role

We’re looking for passionate, reliable and ambitious Football Coaches to join our team. You’ll deliver high-quality sessions at our training centres across North & South London and help players thrive in both training and matches.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coaching sessions for players aged U5–U18

• Supporting player development within our attacking, possession-based philosophy

• Communicating positively with players & parents

• Coaching at midweek sessions, weekends, and matches

We’re Looking For

• Consistent availability (midweek + weekends)

• Passion & willingness to learn (training provided)

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Minimum FA Level 1 qualification (or working towards – volunteers considered)

• Additional sports coaching qualifications welcome

Pay & Perks

• 💷 £12.50–£30/hour (depending on qualifications & experience)

• 💷 1-to-1 coaching: £30/hour (training provided)

• 💷 Football parties: From £30/hour

• 💷 Football camps (half-term): From £85/day

• 🌍 International coaching trips: Portugal (all expenses paid + £300/5 days)

• 🌍 Gothia Cup (Sweden): All expenses paid + £350/week
