Job Requirements – Football Scout (Ages 7–12)

Proven understanding of youth football development, especially in the 7–12 age group

Ability to identify technical ability, potential, attitude, and coachability in young players

Strong knowledge of age-appropriate physical, psychological, and social development

Excellent observation, note-taking, and reporting skills

Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Must have a clear criminal record (subject to background check)

Must complete and maintain certification in our Safeguarding for Children course

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel to local matches and school tournaments

Ability to work independently and communicate findings clearly to the head of recruitment

Passion for youth football and commitment to ethical talent identification

Our junior development programme begins at age 5 and currently runs up to the Under-16 level. Each age group is led by a dedicated Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and a specialist Goalkeeper Coach, ensuring focused development in every position.
