🚀 What You'll Be Doing as an Assistant Manager:

  • Supporting the Club Manager in delivering excellent daily operations and team performance
  • Help drive sales, events and programs to hit club targets
  • Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience.
  • Train, coach and motivate the team – you’ll be key part of our leadership pipeline.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management.
  • Build local community relationships and promote league growth and repeat business.

  • Experience in team leadership within a sport, leisure, hospitality or retail environment
