• Lead by Example: Support and energise your team to deliver 5-star service and unforgettable football moments.

• All About the People: Help train, coach and motivate your crew, from bar staff to match-day heroes.

• Operations Pro: Get hands-on with day-to-day club management, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely.

• Customer Obsessed: Ensure every guest has a top-tier experience, whether they’re here for a casual kickabout or a cup final.

• Management experience in Sports & Leisure, Hospitality or Retail
