Job Description:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and reliable football coach to lead our brand-new girls team, representing Harlow Tekkers FC in the Essex County Girls League, starting September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the development of young players while being part of a supportive coaching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly training sessions with energy and creativity
• Manage the team during Saturday morning fixtures
• Liaise with opposition coaches to coordinate match details
• Create and review individual player development plans
• Promote a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements:

• FA Level 1 (or higher) in Coaching Football
• Experience working with children, ideally in a football setting
• Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions
• Access to a car and willingness to travel across Hertfordshire/Essex for away games
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Schedule:

• One weekday training session
• Saturday morning match days

• Training in Harlow
• Matches across Hertfordshire and Essex
