Roll With It Football Coaching is excited to offer an opportunity for a Lead Football Coach to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our players and programmes. We are looking for an experienced football coach who can deliver private 1:1 training, afternoon & evening small group development sessions, Camps & other bespoke sessions.

Job Description:

As the Lead Football Coach, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of high-quality training sessions across our football programmes. You’ll be expected to lead by example, mentor junior coaches, and ensure sessions are delivered in line with our coaching philosophy and player development framework.

Role & Responsibilities:

Must be able to lead & deliver on the following programmes (Mon – Saturday):

-Lead the design and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate coaching sessions.
-Oversee player development across training groups, with a focus on long-term growth
-Mentor and support assistant/junior coaches
-Contribute to the creation and delivery of seasonal coaching plans
-Build strong relationships with players, parents, and the wider coaching team
-Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
-Assist with events as required.
- Company Admin responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Level 1 in coaching football

FA Level 2 / UEFA C (or working toward it); UEFA B desirable

2 years coaching experience – desirable

DBS certificate (In date)

First aid certificate (in date)

Safeguarding certificate (In date)

Proven experience coaching youth players at grassroots, development, or academy level
