Are you passionate about developing the next generation of goalkeepers? Do you have the experience, energy, and enthusiasm to inspire young players in a supportive, dynamic coaching environment? Roll With It Football Coaching is looking for a Part-Time Goalkeeper Coach to join our growing team.
As our dedicated Goalkeeper Coach, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, age-appropriate small group training sessions tailored to developing both the technical and tactical aspects of goalkeeping. You’ll work closely with our coaching team to support individual progress and ensure a fun, inclusive, and challenging learning environment.
This part time position is perfect for coaches wishing to develop their pathway and take on new responsibilities and team projects, to allow them to thrive & progress within our environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging goalkeeper-specific sessions for players of varying age groups and abilities.
- Support the technical, physical, and psychological development of young goalkeepers.
- Collaborate with the wider coaching team to align sessions with the overall coaching syllabus.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to support player growth.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Holds Level 1 in coaching football
Holds Level 2 or above in coaching football – desirable
Holds a valid FA Level 1 or 2 in Goalkeeping (or equivalent)
Experience coaching youth players (club, grassroots, or academy level)
DBS clearance
Up to date Safeguarding & First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
