The position works across the Community Football Department to deliver data-driven insights, manage special projects, and ensure the effective maintenance and continuous improvement of key digital systems and reporting processes.
This role leads the development of insights and reporting frameworks that inform decision-making and optimise outcomes for the Community Football Department and its federations. Through a strong focus on analytics, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration, the role supports the delivery of football services and strategic priorities in line with the Football in New Zealand Strategy.

We’re looking for someone with experience working in a business analytics, data insights, or digital systems role, ideally with experience in the sports sector (not necessarily in football). Someone with experience managing or contributing to digital system development, developing insights reports, dashboards, and data visualisations (in PowerBI is preferred) and a proven success in leading or supporting cross-functional projects.
