Stoke City Football Club are looking for Family Area Team Members to support their match day operations at the bet365 Stadium.
Reporting to the Fundraising and Events Manager, as a Family Area Team Member for the Club you will be the first point of contact for meeting, greeting and interacting with families in our family area.
Team members will be required to engage enthusiastically with young people and families. They will actively deliver a range of activities and encourage supporter participation.
Ideal candidates will display a friendly and confident personality, they will have good verbal communication skills along with keen attention to detail and will make themselves visible and approachable on a match day. Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings and weekends to cover match day fixtures and other ad hoc events at the bet365 Stadium.
Positions will be offered on a casual and intermittent basis. All relevant training will be provided.

Stoke City Football Club is an English professional football club based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
