DK pro academy is a private football academy, we offer high level training sessions and create unique and regular opportunities for youth aspiring footballers. we pride ourself in being honest, hardworking, courage and respectful. These are our 4 core values we try to install into our players to create an environment which allows not only players and parents but coaches too, to be set the standards high and push player development.

Wining is NOT our aim, its a by-product of what we do! we focus on players development which can vary depending on the players needs, it can be technical ability, socially, physically or psychologically. we encourage all players to experiment on the pitch even at a cost of mistakes, to push boundaries. but we demand hard work to follow regardless of the outcome.

what makes us standout is the the coaches and training sessions we provide, we also create unique showcase fixtures to put our talent on display to professional clubs. we also feature academy fixtures and now introducing international tournaments.

our venues are:

Katherine warrington school- Harpenden every Monday 

Hertfordshire uni, De Haviland- Hatfield every Thursday 

we offer weekly training sessions to youth players aged from U6 to u15s 

The ideal candidate will have the following :

• Support the delivery of high-quality football sessions 
• Committed, reliable and honest
• Maintaining positive and professional relationships with participants, parents and colleagues.
• Inspire, engage and encourage participation by ensuring that activities are enjoyable, of a high quality and adapted to the needs and abilities of participants.
• Provide a safe and enjoyable environment where all participants can realise and achieve their full potential
• Represent DK PRO Academy in a positive and professional manner at all times in line with the Club expectations
• Support other project/programme 
• Complete all required training and CPD as required
• UEFA C (essential)
• National GK course (Essential)
• 2 years minimum coaching FP or YDP  age groups (Essential)
• FA safeguarding (Essential)
• DBS certificate (Essential)
• First aid certificate (Essential)
• Driving license and personal vehicle (Essential)
• Playing experience (Desired)
• Goalkeeping UEFA B or higher (Desired)
• FA talent ID level 2(Desired)
• Scouting experience (Desired)
