The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and resourceful recruiter to help us scale quickly and effectively during a critical phase of growth. You’ll lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions — from community and content to data and tech — helping us bring in exceptional talent who believe in our mission. This is a hands-on, fast-moving contract role ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and knows how to find and engage great candidates without a big employer brand.

You’ll own sourcing, screening, and candidate management, while also helping shape our recruitment process and employer brand as we grow.

About You

• You’ve got at least 5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within startups and tech environments

• You’re confident sourcing candidates directly through LinkedIn, your own  networks, and non-traditional channels

• You know when to bring in agency support and how to negotiate effective contracts with them

• You’re proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple roles and pipelines at once

• You have excellent communication skills and know how to represent a brand with energy and clarity

• You understand what good looks like across a range of roles — from creative and community to technical

• You’re excited about football, fan culture, and being part of building something from the ground up

This is a 3 month contract role based in London. Our office is in Soho and we believe in the benefits of working together, so ideally you’d be able to join us in the office at least 3 days a week.
