As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the go-to support for your Club Manager , leading the team, driving energy on and off the pitch, and helping deliver unbeatable customer experiences. If you’re ready to take your leadership game up a level, this is your time to shine.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead by Example: Support and energise your team to deliver 5-star service and unforgettable football moments.

• All About the People: Help train, coach and motivate your crew from bar staff to match-day heroes.

• Operations Pro: Get hands-on experience with day-to-day club management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.

• Customer Obsessed: Ensure every guest has a top-tier experience, whether they’re here for a casual kickabout or a cup final.

💪 What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in Sport & Leisure, Hospitality, Leisure, or Retail — bonus points if it’s management-level.

• A natural leader who loves getting stuck in and motivating others.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and cool under pressure.

• A passion for football and community  and the drive to make a difference.
