• Lead by Example: Support and energise your team to deliver 5-star service and unforgettable football moments.

• All About the People: Help train, coach and motivate your crew — from bar staff to match-day heroes.

• Operations Pro: Get hands-on with day-to-day club management, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely.

• Customer Obsessed: Ensure every guest has a top-tier experience — whether they’re here for a casual kickabout or a cup final.

💪 What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in Sport & Leisure, hospitality, leisure, or retail — bonus points if it’s management-level.

• A natural leader who loves getting stuck in and motivating others.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills — and cool under pressure.
