Finance Manager at Fanalysis

The role 

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to set up and oversee the financial backbone of the company. You’ll be our first dedicated finance hire, helping us make informed decisions as we scale. You’ll work closely with the founders to build models, manage budgets and cash flow, handle reporting and get investor-ready for funding rounds. 

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage accounting and financial systems

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports

• Build and maintain forecasting and budgeting models

• Support financial planning for fundraising and investor discussions

• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements

• Advise on pricing models, cash flow, runway, and key financial decisions

• Build out additional resources, including hiring team, as the function grows

About You

• You’re a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)

• You’re confident building financial models from scratch

• You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded

• You’ve worked in or with startups or small businesses, and are comfortable with change and ambiguity.

Our office is in Soho and we believe in the benefits of working together, so ideally you’d be able to join us in the office 3 days a week.
