Job Description

Job Summary

 

The Club is seeking a variety of staff to help deliver a world class event-day experience in our new stadium. We have created a sport and leisure destination for London with a multi-use stadium capable of staging major sporting and non-sporting events, including NFL, rugby and concerts, as well as Tottenham Hotspur matches. Our world-class Conference & Events facilities also provide the perfect location for businesses and organisations from around the world to showcase their work to the UK’s capital city.

With many events planned all year round at our new home, you will find yourself working a varied role that is dictated by customer and operational needs. Working as part of a team, you will fill important safety, security and service positions within the stadium complex and play a crucial part in Europe’s newest stadium.

Through the Club’s stadium induction process you will gain a solid understanding of how key areas of the stadium operate and how to deliver information to guests while carrying out crowd safety measures to maintain a safe environment for guests to enjoy events.

Our Event Stewards show a level of commitment that ensure they can success in this customer facing role and act in line with the Club’s own standards and values, Dare, Respect, Drive. The role will be supporting our operation across the stadium.  We welcome interest from everyone who enjoys assisting and supporting others, caring toward others and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide outstanding customer service as a representative of the club.
  • Give accurate and helpful venue information, being knowledgeable about your area of work.
  • Investigate and report crowd problems and assist with crowd management processes.
  • Greeting guests
  • Carry out pre event checks and attend briefings
  • Promote a high level of guest integration and service
  • Monitor and direct crowds and queue management (which may include issuing verbal instructions confidently)
  • Checking tickets and welcoming visitors.
  • Enforce stadium regulations.
  • Respond to incidents (may be needed to write follow-up report as required).
  • Hold static positions to ensure safety of supporters and staff.
  • Maintain a clean, productive and safe working area.
