Position: Soccer Program Co-Ordinator

Reports To: Grassroots Manager

Employment Type: Seasonal (12-16 Weeks)

Hours: 20 hours per week

Compensation: $18:00 an hour Start Date: Immediate

Background
Erin Mills Soccer Club (EMSC) is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Soccer Program
Coordinator to support the delivery and growth of our grassroots programs. Reporting to the
Grassroots Manager, this role is ideal for someone with a passion for youth development, strong
customer service and organizational skills, and an interest in creating impactful soccer experiences for
young players.

KEY REPSONSIBILITIES:
Field Set up and pack down for training and games (Monday-Thursday, 5:00-9:00 pm, and
Saturday mornings.
Assist with soccer training sessions for teams
Any other duUes related to training sessions and games
Willingness to work evenings and on Saturdays

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in sports programs
Excellent communicaUon and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license
Growth mindset and willingness to learn
Leadership skills
Ability to work collaboraUvely with others towards program goals
Shall embrace EMSC’s values, principles, and policy as per EMSC ConsUtuUon
