Flexible working from home plus travel to meetings in Oakham, Rutland or elsewhere as agreed once per month along with travel to hotel/ clients site visits as required.

Roles and Responsibilities: -
The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities across all aspects of the business:
Operations
· Sourcing accommodation for professional sports teams, supporters & sporting events, utilising research, and links with nationwide hotel groups
· Sourcing and administrating flight bookings for sports teams and events.
· Preparing proposals for sports teams and events
· Preparing contracts for travel bookings
· Preparing pre-arrival documents prior to team and event bookings
· Supporting our clients onsite (as required)
· Managing communication with hotels, airlines and other travel providers to ensure all elements of the client’s event are taken care of
· Administering and collating post event feedback from teams
· Maintaining an growing relationships with travel industry suppliers.
Finance
· Reviewing hotel invoices post event to ensure charges are accurate as per the hotel contract
· Preparing and checking commission invoices to be sent to hotels
· Logging all income and expenditure in the company’s accounts database as required
Sales
· Assisting Sportsrooms management in managing new & existing accounts to their full potential.
· Assisting Sportsrooms management in finding and arranging appointments to secure new clients.
Other
· Assisting the Sportsrooms management in all other aspects of the business as and when required.
Person Specification:-
· Several years’ experience working in a travel industry or sports setting ideally as a travel consultant for business travel, working in a hotel events team or working for a professional sports team
· Excellent knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Demonstrates high levels of attention to detail
· Works independently to achieve high level performance
· Organised and structured approach to work
· Hungry to grow and develop
· Passionate about sports
· Versatile and willing to adapt to a changing work environment
