• Champion coaching education by hosting workshops, clinics, and certification
pathways
• Collaborate with club leadership on strategic planning, budget allocation, and
technical staffing
• Foster a positive, safe, and engaging environment that empowers players and
coaches alike
• Use data, video analysis, and modern tools to monitor development and
enhance performance
• Be a visible, accessible, and inspiring presence at training sessions, games, and
club events

What You Bring
• A deep love for the game and a genuine desire to make a difference in the
soccer community
• Minimum National B License (A License preferred), with strong knowledge of LTPD
and Safe Sport principles
• Proven experience in technical leadership, coach development, and program
design

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, teamwork, and
a winning culture
• A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equitable access for all participants
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience working with volunteers and navigating the non-profit sport
landscape is a plus

Why This Role Matters
You’re not just overseeing programs—you’re helping shape confident young athletes,
mentor future coaches, and build a stronger, more connected soccer community.
You’ll have the freedom to lead, innovate, and collaborate with a dedicated team
that believes in the power of sport to transform lives.
