Position Summary:
Pflugerville FC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boys & Girls Program Director to oversee the U15–U19 age groups and lead our college placement efforts. This individual will manage all aspects of the boys' program within these age groups while directly coaching three competitive teams. The Director will also contribute to summer camps, clinics, and additional training opportunities across the club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, structure, and strategic planning for the Boys & Girls U15–U19 program.
- Lead and manage all U15–U19 boys and girls programming, ensuring alignment with the club’s developmental philosophy.
- Supervise and mentor coaching staff within the boys' and girls' high school age groups.
- Design and implement a competitive, age-appropriate training curriculum focused on player growth and team success.
- Serve as the head coach for three competitive teams
- Act as the primary resource and support for players and families navigating the college recruitment and placement process, including player promotion, highlight reels, and communication with college programs.
- Develop individual college pathways for players and assist with highlight video production, communications with college coaches, and recruiting timelines.
- Coordinate participation in college showcase tournaments and ID events.
- Organize college information sessions, recruiting seminars, and Q&A opportunities for players and families.
- Maintain relationships with college coaches across all divisions and regions.
- Evaluate player progress and collaborate with other club staff to facilitate appropriate team placement and movement.
- Support seasonal programming, including summer camps, ID clinics, supplemental training, and club-wide events.
- Represent Pflugerville FC at leagues, tournaments, and professional development events.
- A willingness to continue coaching education through attending USSF and USC coaching licenses in the future. PFC offers a License Reimbursement Program and supports all staff members who desire to further their coaching education.
- Ability to work late afternoons/evenings and weekend hours
- Must pass a criminal background check, possess a valid driver's license, and have adequate transportation

Minimum Qualifications:
- USSF B License (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of coaching experience at the competitive youth level (preferably U15–U19)
- Strong understanding of player development, team management, and long-term athlete development
- Proven experience assisting players through the college recruitment process
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Available to work evenings and weekends, and travel for tournaments and recruiting events
Preferred Qualifications:
- USSF A License
- USS Soccer Technical Lead I or II
- Collegiate coaching experience
- Experience as a Program Director or in a leadership coaching role
- Collegiate playing or coaching background
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
