Head Soccer Coach & Club Director

We're looking for a passionate, organized, and driven soccer professional to join our leadership team as a Head Coach and Club Director in North New Jersey! This is a key role in fostering a positive environment for player growth, team success, and club-wide development — both on and off the field. 

Position Overview

As Director, you’ll take the lead on all aspects of the soccer program. You'll work closely with the Club President and Director of Coaching, providing strategic input, supporting club operations, and coaching multiple teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve all on- and off-field operations of the boys soccer program 
  
  
• Collaborate daily with the Club President and Director of Coaching 
  
  
• Solve day-to-day logistics with effective, real-time solutions 
  
  
• Contribute to the club’s long-term vision and strategic planning 
  
  
• Support and evaluate club programming to ensure excellence across all levels 
  
  
• Maintain 15–20 office hours per week (based on coaching schedule) 
  
  

On-Field Responsibilities

• Head Coach for 3 competitive teams 
  
  
• Lead sessions for travel, recreational, and youth programs 
• Collaborate with coaches and team managers for smooth program execution 
  
  
• Communicate weekly with each team via email 
  
  
• Conduct annual player evaluations for all assigned teams
