Eastbourne Borough women’s are searching for an S&C lead for their u18 girls. The team play in the JPL (Junior Premier League) alongside teams like Crystal Palace and Fulham.
You would be expected at training two evenings a week, and game days Saturday mornings. The team links closely with our Women’s set up, and you will have the chance to watch training and games to support your development.
The role is entirely voluntary, but a great opportunity to work in an elite environment.
