Change & Transformation Project Manager

Chelsea FC operates at the highest level of sport and is constantly striving to evolve and innovate throughout the organisation. This role will operate at the intersection of strategy, commercial and technology to deliver change and transformation throughout the business.

We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager, well versed in owning high profile business change projects to deliver tangible transformation across the organisation. This is a hands on role where proactivity, strong communication and the ability to take on new challenges will be instrumental in your success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •     Work closely with the business and its stakeholders on end to end project delivery.
  •     Enhance and evolve project management frameworks to ensure robust delivery, governance and reporting mechanisms.
  •     Understand business objectives, budgets, opportunities and constraints to deliver compelling change whilst keeping a key eye on commercials.
  •     Provide Project Management expertise across multiple projects across the organisation.

 

Opportunity to influence:

  •     Identify risks and challenges, putting in place solutions to mitigate and where necessary resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  •     Leverage data and insights to drive the performance of project delivery, including holding stakeholders to account where necessary.
  •     Coach and guide project teams on best practice to continuously evolve the project delivery capability within the business.
  •     Identify and report on market & industry trends, ideating and presenting new change projects to deliver value to the organisation.

  •     Exposure to a dynamic, progressive environment where change is constant (consulting, startup, major transformation programmes)
  •     Attention to detail and ability to report and use data to influence decisions.
  •     A background in managing complex transformation projects.
