Job Description

Reporting organisationally to the Senior Manager – Technical Infrastructure, the Scheduling Information – Manager will be a key member of the FIFA26 Infrastructure & Technical Services team, and work in close collaboration with the Central Project Office and the Tournament Information Team in Miami and other key individuals responsible for delivering accurate Scheduling Information.   

THE POSITION

The main responsibilities and oversights of the Scheduling Information – Manager for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ include:   

  • Working with the FIFA World Cup 2026 Project Team to maintain scheduling information up to date:  
    • Key Milestones, and Project Plans  
    • Construction and Renovation Schedules 
    • Venue Setup, Operations and Dismantling Schedules 
  • Working with the Venue Management, Stadium Management, and Overlay teams to ensure alignment on venue timelines 

YOUR PROFILE

Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar  
Work Experience 
  • FIFA Events 
  • Stadiums 
  • Event software applications 
  • Project Management Software 
Languages
  • Fluent in English. Spanish proficiency is a plus 
Technology
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
