The English Schools’ Football Association is pleased to advertise for the volunteer vacancy of Project Manager for the ESFA’s international football programme for U15 schoolgirls and U18 schoolboys. This role is part of the National Volunteer Taskforce for the ESFA’s international programme, but it is not a coaching role and is not part of the coaching team. It is a support role to enable the effective and efficient running of the international programme for the benefit of the players, as guided by the Council’s International Operational Lead.
The successful candidate will take operational oversight of the administration of the ESFA’s international football programme for U18 schoolboys and U15 schoolgirls, ensuring all “behind the scenes” services/actions are tracked and effectively communicated. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the ESFA’s international programme, and will be an effective and skilled administrator.
The role is a voluntary one but the successful candidate will be invited as a VIP guest and spectator to all home internationals and to selected away fixtures.
