Position: Head Goalkeeper Coach
Job type: Part-Time (evenings and weekends)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking dynamic part-time Goalkeeper Head Coach of the Soccer Club. The candidate
will assist in providing oversight and development of all players/goalkeepers registered
to the age group.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Provide coaching and instruction in Goalkeeper specific training
▪ Work with teams/coaches to create development plans for players
▪ To be responsible for the safety and welfare of all players under your care.
▪ Uphold club’s policies, procedures, social media, child protection and any rules and regulations
▪ Uphold the Player, Parent and Coaching standards of the program
▪ Completing mandatory player assessments and player evaluation interviews.
▪ Support all Club Programs and events.
▪ Communicate with Technical Director.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

▪ Minimum Soccer for Life/C License. Youth Licence/B licence is preferred.
▪ Previous coaching experience and working with goalkeepers at various skill level
▪ Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
▪ A passion for player development
▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
▪ Proven ability to work in a team environment.
▪ Computer Proficiency
▪ Police Check (Police Vulnerable Sector Check) required
