SUMMARY:
This role is a part-time position to coach within our Regional Goalkeeping Centre (RGC) programme for those with goalkeeper-specific coaching or playing experience within a football environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To coach gifted & talented players between the age of U7-U16 at one or more of our five locations that operate on weeknights around Cambridgeshire, following a 30-week training syllabus as set by the Programme Lead.
To work closely with the Programme Lead to identify top-performing players suitable for player promotion into the club's Elite Centre programme.
To complete two reports per season, giving RGC players feedback on their performance.
To assist with occasional fixtures and camps in the school holidays.
