The team is self funded via sponsorship and run by volunteers but in a professional manner with the aspiration for turning into a professional outfit with a long term plan.

Maidenhead United Woman FC are searching for a new member of staff, a fully qualified physiotherapist. This role is for the forthcoming season and matchdays only. The successful candidate with have the following: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Acute Intervention: To direct the injury management of all first team. Injury Prevention: Reduce the risk of injury occurrence in all first team players with the development of appropriate screening and injury prevention strategies. Rehabilitation: Design evidence based protocols for return to full function of all first team players to allow them to compete at the highest level whilst minimising the risk of reoccurrence of injury. To provide pitch side medical cover for first team matches. Department: First Team - Reports To Management Team Based at Maidenhead United FC, York Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1SF. To be responsible for all woman's First Team player match kit To distribute match kit to all First Team players and staff To launder, dry, store and set out match kit for all First Team players and staff To prepare and set out the team dressing room and coaches’ room ahead of all home and away fixtures To liaise with the Football Secretary for match kit confirmation To ensure match kit is all correct and counted for.
