We are the Elite Development Section of Ambitious professional football club Dorking Wanderers. 

We identify and recruit the best local talent, then help these players develop the technical, physical, social and psychological skills necessary to maximise their potential, in a positive, pressure-free environment. We provide the first steps for committed young players on a pathway to the Dorking Wanderers FC men’s & women’s First Teams.
