Celtic Football Club is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor to be part of the Celtic Online Store team.  Working with the Team Leader, the successful candidate will have responsibility for handling inbound enquiries in relation to the Celtic Online Store. Key accountabilities: Handling inbound enquiries via email, resolving queries within timescales Processing telephone sales from Celtic supporters for official merchandise Responding to supporter enquiries via the Celtic Shop Twitter feed Resolving any complaints arising in relation to the Celtic Online Store and being the first point of contact for any complaints regarding the wider retail operation Assisting the warehouse team and E-Commerce team leader with customer returns and exchanges Communicate efficiently with the warehouse team and other stores regarding customer orders Liaise with courier companies in order to track or amend customer orders Take payments securely...
