Summary of Position Coaches, recruits, conditions, evaluates, manages, and budgets for the soccer team within the University mission. Position Information Essential Functions and Responsibilities:  Provides leadership for team; establishes coaching strategies and teaching methods to develop student athletes' skills and teamwork; analyzes performance of team and adjusts strategies as needed; recruit Division I level prospective student-athletes; develops policies and procedures for student athletes and coaches.
