Position Overview
The HVS MLS NEXT Director is responsible for leading the strategic, technical, and operational direction of the Club’s participation in the MLS NEXT and NEXT II programs. This individual will provide professional leadership in both player and coach development, while advancing the mission and values ofHoover–Vestavia Soccer within the local and national soccer communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Coach two MLS NEXT teams, providing elite-level instruction and fostering a high-performance environment.
